Senior Regional Portfolio Lead

Job Description:

To support our recent growth in Arizona and the Southwest, we are currently seeking a Senior Regional Portfolio Lead to direct ICF’s energy efficiency programs, from our Tempe office. You will lead the development and management of multiple energy efficiency programs and build relationships with our utility clients as you work with them to design and implement program strategies. You will also manage and mentor other ICF energy efficiency professionals, bringing your expertise, best practices and resources from across our business and industry, to promote their development and support their success in the delivery of important programs, projects and tasks for our clients. As a Senior Energy Efficiency Portfolio Lead, you will also lead and support business development opportunities in the Southwest, leveraging your own domain expertise, as well as ICF’s deep bench of consultants and qualifications.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program design, including identification, analysis and selection of appropriate energy efficiency measures, practices, solutions, and development of effective delivery strategies
  • Program implementation including development and execution of detailed and effective implementation and management plans, and application of QAQC and continuous improvement fundamentals to ensure client satisfaction and program success
  • Manage program forecasts goals and budgets along with providing regulatory/oversight support
  • Day to day management of program managers; collaboration with matrixed marketing, IT and customer care partners
  • Promotion and leadership of collaborative, innovative and continuous improvement practices across all aspects of our local, regional and national teams
  • Primary interface with client(s) – day to day and future planning
  • Business development activities, including capture, proposal leadership and pricing

Business Operations Specialist

Job Description:

ICF is adding staff to its local Tempe team to support our energy efficiency and electrification business in Arizona and the Southwest region. We are seeking experienced staff to support the implementation of programs that we are delivering for our utility clients in the region. Our Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and completing project tasks related to the development and delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality products and services. This position works on multiple projects and interacts with all levels of staff.  Responsibilities primarily include program support, IT collaboration, data analysis and QAQC, performance forecasting, budget management and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates written reports and presentations that convey key analytic findings for distribution to internal/external clients
  • Conducts extensive analysis on large and complex data sets
  • Tracks program budgets and program progress towards goals, maintains forecast models and provides regular reporting and status updates
  • Using QAQC practices, identifies and resolves any data integrity issues quickly and effectively with internal/external clients
  • Support program management activities, to include data management/analysis, forecasting, budget management & reporting, and process development
  • Other duties as assigned.

Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

ICF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our Innovation & Customer Engagement Group. This position requires management consulting perspective and experience with managing IT tasks and small projects within the Energy Efficiency space, including project oversight, client management, and team management.  The Senior Business Analyst will support tasks within the software development cycle and be responsible for system data together with the business intelligence it provides. This position will be located in Tempe, AZ and may require occasional travel for client/internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery on small sized IT projects for energy efficiency sector, including partnering with ICF subject matter experts on project execution
  • Support all aspects of the software development cycle including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools
  • Work with stakeholders of IT systems to define the system requirements and design approach
  • Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and assist with making improvements relative to technology 
  • Work with an internal team of senior technologists and to deliver solutions for clients
  • Track scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion dates
  • Support users through training, as well as provide one-on-one technical assistance

Account Manager, Electric-Technologies

Job Description:

ICF is seeking an Account Manager to support our clients and projects in our Commercial Energy Division. The Account Manager will provide sales, account management, and field/technical services for a utility beneficial electrification program. The position will be home-based and will require daily travel to meet with targeted commercial and industrial customers in the Tempe area. The position will be responsible for identifying opportunities for conversion to electric-powered technologies, working with end-users and dealers to explain the benefits of electrification, working with tools to calculate financial and emission savings potential of conversions, presenting and discussing savings analysis, and performing inspections of work completed.

Sales and/or technical expertise with one or more of the following electric-technologies is preferred: Forklifts, Industrial Batteries/Charging Infrastructure, Cranes, Marine/Port Equipment, or other Industrial Equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with commercial and industrial customers daily
  • Educate customers on the benefits of electric-powered technologies
  • Calculate financial savings potential of conversion opportunities
  • Write and present summary reports of consultation visits
  • Log outreach and meeting activities in program CRM tool
  • Maintain strong ongoing communications with program participants to assess their needs and to receive feedback on their experience with the program
  • Field inspections, customer surveys, and other program needs as appropriate to ensure Quality Assurance
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with the program
